How ProphetX works in the US
ProphetX is a sports prediction market. The CFTC approved it in June 2026 as a designated contract market and a derivatives clearing organization, and it launched nationwide days later. Because oversight is federal rather than state-by-state, the availability list is a ProphetX and payments question, not a state licensing one.
