Your current holding in a market — the number of YES or NO shares you own and their cost basis.
Positions update on every fill and partial fill. Most platforms show unrealized P&L based on mid-price, not on what you could actually sell at.
On thin markets, your displayed unrealized P&L can be optimistic by the size of the spread.
