Florida governor questions whether Kalshi conflicts with Seminole compact
Reported by CDC Gaming (brief of Florida Politics report). In a CNBC interview reported by Florida Politics, Gov. Ron DeSantis said the state was trying to work out whether prediction markets such as Kalshi clash with Florida law and the Seminole Tribe's exclusive sports betting rights. No enforcement action was announced. The date shown is the report date.
